1 General Information and Eligibility

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

dhk88 currently accepts deposits via mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals can be made from fully verified accounts via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.

3.3 Fund Verification

All deposits must come from the member's own mobile banking account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. dhk88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while investigating any suspicious transactions.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, and a wager of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be placed before withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to real money — they are for wagering purposes only.
• If any inconsistency or evidence of fraud is found in relation to a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

4.3 VIP Cashback

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

All bets are processed in accordance with the applicable rules. dhk88 reserves the right to cancel any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error or abnormal circumstances.

5.2 Game Cancellation and Suspension

If a game, event or round is cancelled, the stake for the related bet is generally refunded. However, dhk88's decision in such cases is final, and the rules of the specific game will apply.

5.3 Maximum Payout

Each game or betting category may have a separate maximum payout limit. Details of the limit applicable to any single bet will be stated on the relevant game page.

5.4 Multi-Bets and Odds

For multi-bets or accumulator bets combining multiple selections, all selections must win; otherwise the entire stake is lost. If a change in odds results in a different outcome, the last displayed odds will apply.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhk88 platform:

• Manipulating games using fraudulent techniques or software.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus fraud or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate bets.
• Using automated bots or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.

If any account is suspected of involvement in any of the above activities, dhk88 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, close that account. Funds held in the account may be frozen during the investigation.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by dhk88

dhk88 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of incorrect information.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• For security purposes in the case of a long-inactive account.

7.2 Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Any eligible funds should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
